Britain Next is not finished, and says so

Britain Next is a public record of who governs Britain, what they have declared, how they have voted and what the state published today. Everything on it comes from an official source and links back to it. It is being built in the open by one person, and this page is the honest account of where it has got to.

What is solid today

Counted from the record on 23 September 2026.

649 MPs
A page each: the seat, the party, the official contact route, and the link back to Parliament for every line.
3,397 declared interests
Money, gifts, earnings and support, across 588 members, reconciled against Parliament's live register. Entries the register withdraws are removed here too.
38,182 recorded votes
How members voted in Commons divisions, each linked to the division record.
494 official notices
Government updates read from source every 30 minutes, published only when the automated check raises no flags.
150 NHS trusts
Reported waiting times, taken from the published statistics.

What is still thin

These are published, because an empty shelf you can see is more honest than one hidden until it is full. They are not finished, and you should not rely on them yet.

362 council pages
Today most hold a name and an area code and very little else. They are real councils and the list is right, but the pages are not yet worth your time.
The Agenda
Four pledges tracked, which is enough to show the shape of the idea and nowhere near enough to be a record of a government.
Britain's vital signs
Three indicators. The plumbing is built for many more; the series are not loaded yet.
Contesting what we publish
The corrections policy is real and the log is live, but the one-click contest button is not switched on yet. Until it is, corrections come by email.

What Britain Next will not do

  • No opinion, no editorial line, no endorsements. Britain Next publishes the record and links to the source, and you decide.
  • No selling, sharing or renting of anything you give us. There is no advertising list and no data broker in this.
  • No number without a source. If we cannot link it, we do not print it, and if a figure goes stale we drop it rather than let it pass as current.
  • No pretending a machine is a person. Where a summary is written by AI, the page says so on the summary itself.

Be told once, when it opens

There is nothing to sign up for. The site is free, it is open now, and nothing here is behind a login. This is only for one email, on the day the beta ends.

Your address is stored in the United Kingdom, used for this one message and nothing else, and never sold, shared or rented. You can leave from any email we send, in one click, with no sign-in. See the privacy policy.

Who publishes this

Britain Next is published by Prem Dev, Office 128, 18 Young Street, Edinburgh EH2 4JB. It is not a registered company and takes no money from any party, campaign or government. The terms of use, privacy policy, corrections policy and AI use policy all say plainly what is done and what is not.
